Submissions are stored in a database and also trigger an email to my inbox, and are kept until manually deleted. There are no accounts on this website. Bookings, session notes, exercises, and progressions are handled through the third-party platform sistemiumani.com. Any personal or health information you enter there is stored on that platform under their privacy policy, not on this website.
