BJJ Rehab
Shoulders, necks, knees, low backs — the injuries that keep grapplers off the mat.
I help lifters, grapplers and active adults get back to peak performance — not just manage pain around it. Every plan is one I'd want handed to me.

In reality there's a lot of crossover from one mode of rehabilitation to the next — the principles travel. BJJ and barbell training are what I live and experience the most, so that's where my depth is. But the door is open to anyone willing to invest in themselves.
Shoulders, necks, knees, low backs — the injuries that keep grapplers off the mat.
Squat, bench, deadlift. Modify the lift, dose the load, walk it back to top-end weight.
Chronic pain gets the deeper toolkit — desensitisation, drills, and movement diagnostics.
Bridging the gap from cleared to competitive with sport-specific testing and calibration.
Answer a few questions and see where you land. Not a diagnosis — just a way to think it through.
Right now, do you have any of these: sudden severe pain, numbness or weakness, a recent major injury, unexplained weight loss, or fever with pain?
You never stop developing new connections. During rehab we try to find the most effective ways to build useful synapses in the brain, and at the same time inhibit the unwanted or harmful ones. I do my best to give new ideas, creative options, and most importantly to show that there is always hope when you know where to look.
“You don’t have pain receptors — you have threat receptors. Pain is an output from the brain. All pain is real, but not all pain is an accurate reflection of tissue damage.”
